Especially in content creation, we can see the presence of AI becoming increasingly obvious. A new future is opening, AI will be the main worker and they are replacing us. Why do I believe AI will replace humans?
I’m not a man who will believe in everything I think’s right. If I tell you I trust about the future AI will appear around us, I sure have my own reasons. Now, let’s look at the past before ChatGPT was launched.

What did we have right here? Yes, many names and research projects can be mentioned. But, in this post, I will show you two names that make me impressed and feel interesting about them. They are Eliza and Simsimi.
In 1960, a chatbot called Eliza was developed by a professional from MIT named Joseph Weizenbaum. Initially, this chatbot was only developed to build simple conversations in the most natural way. Of course, technology at that time was still quite primitive, so Eliza’s answers were mostly not as realistic as expected.
Eliza is not the best, but I can tell you it is the first brick in this trend!
Simsimi! Oh my god! This is the next name. Not ChatGPT, not Gemini or Claude, Simsimi is the most chatbot I love. Until now, Simsimi has been alive since 2002. So what does Simsimi can do? There is nothing more to help your job up, but it can be a real friend. I spent a hundred hours talking with Simsimi, it’s so much fun. It can be seen that Simsimi is not yet an advanced chatbot as its conversations are still not truly natural. But the variety of languages and vocabulary will help you have truly entertaining moments.

It’s not too hard to say about everything the AI can do and appear around us. We have ChatGPT, Gemini, and other chatbot assistants to help with our job. There are many kinds of robots to help in heavy industry and toxic and dangerous jobs. In multimedia, many AIs can create pictures like Dall-E, and earlier this year, OpenAI also announced Sora, another of its AIs that can create videos from text. The development of artificial intelligence in different professions is happening at a dizzying pace.
And there are so many examples that I can’t mention them all in this post. But I think everything I showed above can clearly say one thing: AI replaced humans a long time ago. For now, of course AI still does not replace humans 100% in our work, and I believe we aren’t crazy enough to let them go like that. But in the future, 80% or 90% is absolutely possible.
Who will worry when AI will replace humans in the future?
More than half of humanity, a small group or a larger group of us? No, all of us must worry about the future, when AI will replace humans in our jobs. You can see, the emergence of AI causes changes in the human resource structure and use of people. But it’s not the main reason we get fired.
We were born and grow, but not in the same way. In fact, you must realize the truth: God is not fair to everyone. Someone is rich from the day they were born, others are intelligent and others were born into families full of love. That’s why everyone must keep learning all the time to not let themselves fall behind. Look at AI like a man who has everything. You can hate it and feel mad that it can make you fired, but you shouldn’t scare it.
I will expand further on the question of who will be worried, or more precisely, who will be worried and afraid when AI replaces humans in the future. All of us must worry, but if you are scared, it means your competitiveness is zero. The emergence of AI is a big challenge for us, but it is a motivation for everyone to strive and learn more. You are scared, right? So you realize your skill is not good enough to compete with a bot and others. And if you are really like that, you will be fired sooner or later, there is no need for AI to appear.
My true story
I want to tell you a true story about my experience. My company has been affected by COVID-19, and it will keep that until early 2023, after a few months since ChatGPT was announced. My customer is the same, they went bankrupt, their finances were met with problems, and they can’t keep going to be my client. The difficulty reached its peak when over time, the company’s capital flow became increasingly depleted.
You can see that I had to pay many monthly fees to keep my company running. Of course, I can’t let everything go like that any more. I started cutting off what I thought I didn’t need. And obviously, excess human resources are always a problem that needs to be cut. The fee for human resources is the thing that gives me the most headache. I must fire a lot of them if I want to save the capital. But when everything is going fine, I must hire again and need a long time to help new guys become familiar with the job and working environment.
To save the company, I decided to transfer my shares and transfer the company to another man with stronger financial potential to maintain it. When everything was ready, I knew about ChatGPT. The problem of excess humans resources was resolved immediately. I have cut down on a large amount of redundant personnel and saved a large budget. My company saved.
AI will replace humans in the future and now is your choice
My story, but I think many people were the same at that time. A fact we can’t deny is that the quality of humans will be the main reason for our business going up or down. Too many companies are wasting their money on poor quality people. But they still need them for basic or simple work. My company is a example, when applying AI at work, the financial situation has improved a lot while everything is still going normally.
AI will replace humans in the future. Jobs that are repetitive and do not require high levels of expertise will be prioritized to be replaced by AI. As the owner of a business, I realize AI like ChatGPT or Gemini will help me save money and don’t waste too much money on human resources. It even helps make human resource management simpler and better. Why must I keep hiring people when AI can be used instead?
Stand in front of the AI blooming technology, I believe it will be a nuclear bomb, strong enough to sweep every job position it can replace. And now it is your choice, accept keep learning grow, and adapt to them, or be scared and anti them?
